Hello Everyone. Today I am thinking and dedicating this article/Episode to those may feel lonely or too old or incompetent but would love to do an art work but get stuck with disempowering thoughts. For the purpose of this article I am going discuss my story with doing henna/mehendi design on my palm. Whenever my daughter in law or niece pampers me by doing Mehendi on my palm, I secretly desire to learn this skill.

But these random thoughts would show up like a cat on the wall..

Hmm I can't do this.

Are you kidding Lalitha, once it is done, it will show up on your palm for at least a few days. You can't erase. People will laugh at your imperfections.

Curious Lalitha just bypassed all these thoughts and just wrote in her notebook SMD(Start My Day) List "Please Put Mehendi by yourself." Closed the notebook and walked away.

Guess what ? yesterday Sunday evening, when I was experiencing Time Affluence, as I had planned and made dinner, I just picked up a mehedi cone as shown in the picture, just removed the head pin 📍 and as though I was a Pro mehendi artist, I thought I will do freestyle, set clear intention to do a circle as the first step.
