It is very important that I get a good night’s sleep. I can compromise on many things but a good night’s sleep even if it is say five to six hours can make me more centered to think thru and run my day effectively. A part of me used to feel bad and kinda selfish to say it aloud that I need a good night sleep. In fact one of my relatives commented that I am very obsessive about getting sleep which hurt my feelings

After reading about insomnia and the complaints from people having sleepless nights that lead them to binge watch YouTube or resort to junk eating I realized that I must do whatever it takes to learn about sleep and what exactly sleep means to me and sleep does to my body, emotions and mind

To me sleep means something different on different days. On a day following a sleep deprived day…
