Excellent read! I practice or use the tools suggested in your article ( meditation, self-talk, compassion, journaling, vagus nerve exercises, prayer, chanting hymns, singing, gardening and mindfully doing the household chores) and it works. We need to be consistent, be patient with oursellves and more importantly trust the beyond all that we practice there is a Higher Power that contrls everything that is beyong our human control.
