Fantastic. I agree with all the three points
We must embrace, learn and grow. I treat writing in medium as a ritual. Read at least five stories and respond. Read stories written by followers. Write as regularly as possible. I used to write at ten articles in a month. That is reduced now. However every time I write, I thoroughly enjoy the process of writing the Draft, editing, and sending it to the Publisher or self publish
