…ing in my 50s due to chronic back and hip pain. Then I discovered yoga, and after about six months, I started running again (again!), shortly after my 60th birthday. Now I do a brief yoga session before every run, and longer yoga workouts on non-running days. My body hasn’t felt this good since my mid-40s.
