How Saying Out An Affirmation Aloud On “Disease” Changed My State Of Mind.

First I want to thank my WhatsApp readers for nudging me and asking “ Hey Lalitha where are your status updates?” It sure does help me get into the groove. Thank you! I did get busy with family activities which needed more attention and now I am getting back to my writing work for posting updates.

One of the things that affected my thinking and feelings in the past few weeks, is from hearing about health challenges from my friends/relatives. As I do my best to take efforts to live a conscious living, I asked myself the following question:

“Lalitha, you are the thinker in your mind. You feel a certain way when you think the thoughts you create. You also know that reading aloud Affirmations in front of the mirror works for you. It is one of your morning rituals. How can you help yourself change the thought that is affecting you and coming in the way of inspired living? How can you help the person going through health challenges, with your Affirmation?

There you go. I asked a specific question and “Infinite Intelligence” gave me the answer. Here is what I got:

After reading the Affirmation aloud, this is what jumped at me to rethink and plant new seeds in my subconscious mind:

“We all help our body, mind, and spirit live healthfully by creating a loving atmosphere around ourselves. It is my body, my mind, my spirit and I am in-charge.”

“My dis-ease is a valuable teacher.

It is natural that I am healthy. It is natural that I am flexible, able to learn new things easily, and to laugh. to change, and to grow. Dis-ease is related to a resistance to flowing with life in some areas, and to the inability to forgive. I look at dis-ease as if It is a personal teacher that comes to help me on my pathway to greater understanding. Like all teachers, it is a stepping stone, and when I learn the lesson, I move on to the next phase of my healing. Every person on the planet is involved in healing their life in some area. I help my body, my mind, and my spirit live healthfully by creating a loving atmosphere around myself. It is my body and my mind, and I am in charge.”

Now it is your turn. Go ahead, read it aloud, what new beliefs can you plant. Can you be less hard on yourself? Can you allow life to flow through any resistance you may face? Can you do this Affirmation for affected people and help them heal? Enjoy the flow of your life and enjoy every moment of your day. Have a fantastic day!
