"Am I just clicking pictures like a robot and not enjoying this moment to the fullest? Then tell yourself to stop taking pics for the next five minutes. Enjoy the sunset or sunrise. Savor the delicious food. Watch the live show in an interoceptive and exteroceptive manner, meaning how you experience inside and outside of your body. Then after five minutes click the pictures that you want to capture. More importantly know your WHY behind taking pics and why it is important to you? Know your WHY behind savoring the present moment and why it is important to you?
