I think audio journaling can definitely help us become aware of the positive and the negative words that we use spontaneously. Even without our knowledge when we pay attention on subsequent days we can correct our negative to positive and improve our self talk. In addition find ways to find positivity in every situation or opportunity in every situation and make responsible decision to handle the unexpected challenging events and situations.
