My worst fear is fear itself.

I know you are going to ask…

Are you Crazy?

Fear is unknown. It cannot be seen. It can’t be heard. Once I ask the question Fear of What?

Then according to the answer such as Fear of Failure, Fear of Success, Fear of Abandonment, etc., I can go deeper and ask probing questions. The answers will lead me to the first action step. Once I take that step, I will overcome that particular fear.

I personally think that fear shows up as a warning sign as a bodily sensation. It is important to learn to be present with those sensations and use tools to overcome the sensation to move past the fear.

I feel blessed to have grown up listening to positive words and phrases like:

“Be Courageous”

“Have Faith”

“Be Bold”

It does not mean that I don’t have the worst fear. Probably I do. LOL.
