Hello good morning everyone

Today is November 19, 2021. Had my father been alive he would have turned 102 years. I lost him when I was 12, so when I thought of the eventt, my eyes were filled with tears. Having been in the Coaching industry I completely believe in feeling the emotions, naming it, checking the subtle sensation in my body and being present to it.

To express my feelings, I was feeling sad. It showed as tho an elastic band was wrapped around my chest and I am unable to take a deep breath. Then I decided and took three deep breaths. Wow! I felt so liberated. I felt authentic with honesty and being present to the current Evolving 61 years old Lalitha. My heart was filled with gratitude. I felt spiritually connected to my father taking clean deep breaths. My thinking brain said Hey Lalitha let's write down 50…
