I appreciate the ability to breathe and the availability of air to breathe.

Duh…

Absolutely!

Prana is the Sanskrit word that means “life breath,” or a vital principle in Vedic terms. Prana is believed to flow in and out of the body through the breath.

“Feelings come and go like clouds in a windy sky. Conscious breathing is my anchor.”

Thich Nhat Hanh, Stepping into Freedom: Rules of Monastic Practice for Novices

Why and what is my reason?

As long as I am alive, I don’t need to go and search for a mechanism to breathe OR look for air to breathe. (Abundant)

The more I appreciate the ability to breathe, the more beautiful life becomes, and I feel vibrant to live. (Inspired)

Just by inhaling and exhaling, I am connecting my seemingly smaller inner world to an obvious Outer world. (Connection)
