I opened the YouTube link for Week 6 Day 3 of the 12-week Home Workout program( 1.0). The duration is for 36.34 minutes. I am mentally prepared to be available without distractions for this duration.
Today’s workout is focusing on the Legs and Biceps and will consist of Superset circuits. That means more repetition I guess. I am ready at my Workout station. Will catch you up after the workout.
I am back to writing. Oh My God! I can’t believe that I completed today’s exercise. Thank you, God, Heather Robertson, and thank you all.
