She explains our subconscious thoughts that lead to "probable" cause for each pain/discomfort in each part of our body. Than she suggests affirmation to say in front of the mirror. I follow them. It helps me first tune my subconscious thoughts in a direction to heal.
What happens then?
My conscience mind thinks new thoughts of healing and takes action that support healing. This means I attract the right healer/doctor. I make the right lifestyle choices
Overall it is like our physical, mental and emotional part working in synchrony
