When I first read today’s Prompt, the memory of one obvious event when I took the biggest risk came up. I just wanted to answer today’s prompt and complete the writing piece.

It is not that easy…

My Self Coach showed up with an urge to share with my readers the lessons I learned while taking the biggest risk, even though that is not what is suggested in today’s prompt.

Anyway, let us get to the question:

What is the biggest risk you’ve ever taken?

As a College Topper in Chemistry, I walked away during my fully paid Master’s Final Semester ( with an assured Ph.D. stipend for the future) to take up a job in a bank as a clerk.

What gave you the courage to take that risk?

To answer this I will first explain why I did what I did.

My personal and family financial circumstances demanded that I take up what was considered a stable, respectable job at that time when the opportunity showed up.

After 42 years of making that decision, I do not regret making it.
