Yes, Nancy. In my opinion that is what "Refresh Your Soul" means.
After every thirty minutes, I sit down with myself. Write a note to myself
"Lalitha, you completed these tasks. Great job."
"Lalitha it's OK things did not work out the way you expected. I want you to enjoy every moment of your day."
The above process that I described can be considered as a tool to be present for yourself with yourself.
I know it seems weird but it has worked for me. I learned it from Maxwell Maltz author of "Psycho Cybernetics"
